Notes: This was the annual April Fools Day figure for 2023. It was originally supposed to be a 2-pack with a pair of Eye Plants, but I ended up quite ill with a case of norovirus and wasn't able to complete them in time, so the Eye Plants will be their own separate "figure" coming soon.

Print Recommendations: The files used to print this figure are the same, regardless of whether you are printing in PLA (filament) or SLA (Resin). The figure is primarily designed for SLA resin printing, but most of the main body pieces should print fine out of filament. If you are filament printing I recommend using PLA+/Flex PLA for improved surface detail and stability especially on the optional face, bomb, and bowl accessories which are fairly thin with fine surface detail that may not print properly out of regular PLA.

For SLA resin printing, I recommend adding a flexible resin like 3DMaterials SuperFlex (preferred, if you can get it) or SirayaTech Tenacious as a strengthening agent to all pieces in a 20/80% mixture with regular ABS-like. You may want to try printing the body in a higher percentage of flexible resin so that it bends when you squeeze it, though this is not required.

Additional Parts & Supplies: This figure require no additional off-the-shelf parts for completion.

Pre-Painting Instructions: Before painting, it is recommended that you fit all parts loosely together without glue to make sure that they fit and move freely. You may need to sand down some parts or drill out some holes if they are too tight or don't fit together smoothly.

Paint Instructions: The faux fur robes worn by Spiridons are purple. The fibers have a slight iridescent sheen, so you may want to paint the folded edges a slightly lighter shade and the deeper recesses a darker color to simulate this.

Wester's robe looks slightly different from the other Spiridons since one edge has been spray-painted greyish white. When exterminated and turned visible, his face is a pale flesh tone

Wester's bowl is a light brown wood color and the antidote poured on Jo's arm is a dark red BBQ sauce color.
The Thal explosives are mostly white with dark red cylinders. The front knob is solid black. The arrow slider is sometimes silver with a red arrow, sometimes white (and it varies in size, depending on the prop.) The top left side of the timer bar is red, like the cylinders with a thin black line separating it from the white section (The size of this area and the placement of the ruler marking also alternates from prop to prop.) There is a very tiny red light placed directly above the black dial.

The underside of the bomb is a black or grey non-slip rubber.

Assembly Instructions: Crazy glue the two halves of the arm plug sheaths around the arm plugs, being careful not to get any on the arms themselves.. Make sure that you rotate the arms inside the sheaths as the glue dries so that they spin freely and do not get glued in place. Once the sheaths are sealed, insert and glue them in place in the arm holes.

The removable Wester face should pop in and out of the hole in the robe without glue. If you're having trouble getting it to stay in place, try using a removable non-permanent glue on the back like poster tacky or rubber cement.
